To ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, the school has recently introduced termly extra-curricular afternoons. The regular curriculum 'shuts down' for these afternoons to make way for children to choose their preferred area of learning.
These sessions are thoughtfully organised around the three key aspects of our curriculum: technical, creative, and humanities. By structuring activities in this way, our children are able to explore a wide range of skills and interests—from practical and problem-solving tasks to artistic expression and understanding cultural or historical themes.
These afternoons provide all children, regardless of background or prior experience, with access to enriching activities that enhance their learning and broaden their horizons. This approach supports the school’s commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational experience and ensuring equal opportunities for personal growth, creativity, and academic exploration.
