Leadership and Confidence
At St Anselm’s, we want our children to be successful and happy now and in their futures.
Leadership skills allow children to have control of their lives and the ability to make things happen. They instill confidence, and help children solve problems creatively, work in a team, and work collaboratively with others. Leadership also gives children many opportunities to develop responsibility.
Teaching children how to be a leader at a young age will help children deal with peer pressure in the teenage years and help to help prepare the next generation to take the lead and become responsible adults.
The quest for high self-esteem is one that many adults find challenging. Throughout their time in our school and through the learning opportunities we provide, we will be teaching our children to have confidence in themselves and their abilities as we believe that this will help provide them with a positive outlook on life.
